Child and Family Resiliency Practitioner - Family Service Coordinator

Responsibilities Provide psychiatric rehabilitation services to children, adolescents, and families Conduct new client intakes and rehabilitation assessments Develop and update Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRPs) Support youth in developing emotional regulation and socialization skills Engage families in the rehabilitation process and provide education Coordinate services with community providers and advocate for youth and families Maintain documentation and compliance with agency standards Requirements CFRP Certification (if applicable) Experience working with children, adolescents, and families Knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation practices Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to engage and support families in treatment Experience with documentation and compliance in mental health services Flexibility in scheduling, including afternoon and evening availability #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
