$140,000–$185,000+ Total Compensation | Fixed Ops Leadership

Power Ford is hiring a hands-on Automotive Service Director to lead and grow our service department. This is a builder’s opportunity — not a maintenance role. Strong foundation. Good technicians. Real upside. We need a leader who drives performance, builds culture, and leads from the front.

Who You Are

• Current Service Director or high-level Service Manager
• Strong fixed ops financial understanding
• Hands-on leader — visible on the drive and in the shop
