About the Role...You'll lead a Professional Services team, overseeing product implementations for new customers and driving ongoing adoption and value realization for existing Salary.com clients. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering compensation solutions that ensure customer success at scale. You'll bring strong project management, operational oversight, and systems knowledge, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
