About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Head of Technical Implementation Services to be responsible for the delivery and oversight of all technical implementation services on a global scale. The successful candidate will manage a team of TIS practice managers and consultants, ensuring the successful implementation of the company's investment management solution. This role involves working closely with sales leadership to develop business, interfacing with clients, and continuously improving implementation practices. The Global Head will also be tasked with setting the technical direction for projects, including the adoption of emerging technologies, and must have a strong background in the investment industry. Candidates for this role at the company should have a BA/MS degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' of experience, with a proven track record in managing a team of 10 or more consultants. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. The role requires the ability to manage cross-functional processes, project timelines, and to ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a specific knowledge of the investment industry, a strong management background, and the ability to work both tactically and strategically to achieve technical delivery and client satisfaction.
