Bilingual Insurance Professional (Spanish/English) - Growth Opportunity with Farmers Insurance
Full-Time | Base + Commission | Advancement Potential

Responsibilities:
Prospect, develop, and close new insurance business
Build and maintain a growing client portfolio
Recommend personal, commercial, and financial insurance solutions
Cross-sell and up-sell products based on client needs
Maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-up
Stay up-to-date on new products and market trends

Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Property & Casualty license (Life & Health a plus)
Previous success in insurance sales or a related field
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business instincts
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to be coached and to lead by example
