About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Cybersecurity Sales Manager with a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and a proven track record of new-logo acquisition, enterprise hunting, and revenue generation . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and winning new enterprise clients, building strategic relationships, and driving the growth of cybersecurity services across the U.S. market.

This role requires a consultative, hunter-oriented sales professional who can originate opportunities, engage C-level decision-makers, and close complex, multi-million-dollar cybersecurity services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new-logo acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and converting enterprise accounts across the U.S. market.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the cybersecurity services business.
• Own the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation, closing, and account transition.
• Sell cybersecurity services and solutions, including Managed Security Services, Security Operations Center (SOC), Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust, Threat Detection & Response, Security Consulting, and Cyber Risk Management.
• Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, Chief Risk Officers, and other senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Generate qualified pipeline through strategic prospecting, industry networking, referrals, partner ecosystems, and targeted account-based selling.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity consulting, solutioning, delivery, and pre-sales teams to develop customized client proposals and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling cybersecurity, cloud, digital transformation, and managed services.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and new-business acquisition objectives.
• Track market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging cybersecurity requirements to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and regular business development reports.

Required Qualifications

• 10–18 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management within IT Services & Consulting, Global System Integrators (GSIs), or IT consulting organizations .
• Demonstrated success in new-logo acquisition and hunting for net-new enterprise clients .
• Proven experience selling cybersecurity services, consulting, managed security solutions, or related IT services.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity offerings, including Cloud Security, SOC/MDR, IAM, Zero Trust, GRC, Security Consulting, and Cyber Risk Services.
• Established relationships with enterprise decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and senior business stakeholders.
• Experience developing and closing complex, multi-million-dollar IT services or cybersecurity engagements.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage a sales territory, build a qualified pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.
• Experience working with solution architects, pre-sales, delivery, and cybersecurity consulting teams.
