Regional Ambulatory Pharmacy Leader — Drive Care, Outcomes

ChenMed is seeking a Regional Manager, Ambulatory Pharmacist to lead ambulatory pharmacy services across a multistate region. You will supervise pharmacists, optimize medication therapy, and drive quality metrics such as CMS Star Ratings and HEDIS, while partnering with physicians, nurses, and care teams to deliver evidence-based, cost-effective care. The role combines direct patient care (about 3.5 days/week) with 1.5 days/week of administrative leadership, including staff development and #J-18808-Ljbffr ChenMed
