Position: WelderThe Welder will be responsible for various welding and fabrication tasks supporting the production and assembly of hollow metal doors and frames.Job Duties:Perform MIG welding on thin-gauge steel (12–18 gauge)Weld and fabricate hollow metal framesFollow customer specifications and job ordersOperate hand and power tools, including grinders, drills, saws, sanders, and punch equipmentInspect work for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all company safety procedures and PPE requirementsPerform other production duties as assignedPhysical Requirements:Lift up to 75 lbs. repetitivelyPush and pull carts up to 75 lbs.Stand for extended periodsPerform repetitive bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reachingWork in a moderate-to-loud warehouse environmentWork in a non-temperature-controlled environmentMinimum Requirements:Previous manufacturing experience preferredWelding experience requiredMust be able to pass a weld testExperience with hollow metal frames preferredAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsBasic computer and math skillsAbility to read measurements and convert fractions/decimalsStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood organization and problem-solving skills?
