Aluminum Tig Welder 1st Shift | Full-Time Looking for an experienced Aluminum Tig Welder to join their team! This is a great opportunity for a skilled welder who enjoys custom fabrication work and takes pride in producing clean, high-quality welds. If you have 5+ years of TIG welding experience, strong aluminum welding skills, and can read blueprints, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do TIG weld aluminum and other metals for custom industrial fabrication projects Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and weld symbols Set up and operate TIG welding equipment Fit, position, and prepare components for welding Inspect your work to ensure welds meet quality and customer specifications Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances Work with a variety of aluminum materials and thicknesses Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow established quality and safety standards What We're Looking For 5+ years of TIG welding experience Strong aluminum TIG welding experience Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols Experience with metal fabrication and fitting Comfortable using measuring tools and welding equipment Strong attention to detail Reliable and dependable work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience That's a Plus Custom or industrial metal fabrication experience Experience working with different aluminum alloys and thicknesses Experience working with tight tolerances Welding certifications Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
