We are seeking experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultants to support a major federal government Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. Candidates will be responsible for functional implementation activities, including configuration, testing, requirements analysis, and support across various Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
The ideal candidate will have significant Oracle ERP implementation experience, including at least one federal Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, and strong hands-on experience configuring and testing Oracle HCM modules.
Required Qualifications-
U.S. Citizen required.

At least 1 completed or ongoing Oracle HCM Cloud implementation for a U.S. federal agency.

Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud projects.

Minimum 15 years of overall Oracle ERP experience, including experience with one or more of:

Oracle HCM Cloud

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

Oracle PeopleSoft

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and testing.

Experience working with multiple Oracle HCM functional modules, such as:

Experience with functional requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and implementation support.

Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation methodologies and functional best practices.

Ability to work effectively in a remote delivery environment supporting a federal client.

Participate in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and deployment activities for a federal agency.

Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on approved business requirements.
-
Develop and execute functional and system test scenarios.
-
Perform configuration validation, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing support.
-
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues and defects.
-
Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, project managers, and other functional consultants.

Support data validation, conversion activities, and integration requirements as applicable.

Prepare functional documentation, configuration documentation, test scripts, and other project deliverables.

Participate in workshops, requirements sessions, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer activities.

Provide ongoing functional support throughout implementation and deployment.

Extensive experience on large-scale federal Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Experience working in complex government or public-sector environments.

Experience across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a plus.
