We are seeking ambitious, outgoing Field Sales Representatives who enjoy meeting new people and building relationships within local communities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced door-to-door salesperson or a motivated professional looking to build a successful sales career. You will sell broadband internet services to homeowners and businesses in smaller towns and rural communities throughout your assigned territory. What We Offer $1,000 sign-on bonus Uncapped commission potential of up to $3,125 per month Realistic first-year earning potential of up to $80,000 $400 monthly vehicle allowance Warm leads provided Laptop with two monitors Work-from-home flexibility when not selling in the field Full benefits beginning the first of the month following hire Comprehensive training and ongoing support Opportunity to fast-track into sales leadership within 12 months Additional earning potential through leadership overrides Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door outreach to homeowners and local businesses Present broadband internet solutions and explain their benefits Generate new customers through warm leads, prospecting and community engagement Build strong relationships within assigned rural and suburban communities Manage leads and follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process Meet or exceed individual sales and activity goals Perform customer-service quality checks following new installations Maintain accurate customer and sales information Represent the company professionally at community events and local activities Qualifications Previous door-to-door, field, outside or direct-to-consumer sales experience preferred Energetic, ambitious and comfortable approaching new customers Strong communication, relationship-building and closing skills Ability to work independently and structure a productive 40-hour workweek Comfortable working in rural and smaller-town communities Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new technology Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Must be able to successfully complete a background check Valid driver's license and transportation and ability to commute in an hour our less to the following San Antonio locations: Pleasanton, TX Devine, TX Leming, TX LaCoste, TX Lytle, TX Jourdanton, TX Somerset, TX Poteet, TX Dunlay, TX Hobson, TX Falls City, TX Stockdale, TX Yoakum, TX Luling, TX Poth, TX Kenedy, TX Nordheim, TX Lockhart, TX Cuero, TX Our client is scheduling interviews immediately and looking to onboard new employees quickly.
