Supervisor, Commerce

Havas Media Network North America, the Media Experience agency, is looking for a Supervisor to join the Commerce Team, part of our global community of 10,000 team members who are focused on using Meaningful Media to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people. The primary role of the Commerce Supervisor is to lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Commerce / eCommerce programs and campaigns in support of the Havas Market team and its clients. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, with responsibility for driving performance, managing people, and acting as a trusted day‑to‑day client lead. The Commerce Manager will bring a strong background in eCommerce and retail media, along with experience managing and developing team members. They will work closely with clients, platform partners, and internal cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful commerce solutions across platforms such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Instacart. This role is expected to contribute strategic thinking, identify new commerce opportunities, and ensure excellence in execution while mentoring junior team members.

A DAY IN THE LIFE MIGHT LOOK LIKE:

Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of retail media and eCommerce campaigns across major platforms Develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations using eCommerce tools, dashboards, and performance data Ensure programs are meeting or exceeding client goals; proactively identify areas of opportunity and optimization Serve as a day‑to‑day client contact for assigned accounts, managing expectations and delivering clear communication Partner with retail platforms (Amazon, Target, Walmart, Instacart, etc.) to stay current on evolving capabilities, programs, and best practices Manage program pacing, budgets, and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and accountability Collaborate with internal teams across strategy, planning, activation, and analytics within Havas Media Mentor, manage, and support junior team members, providing guidance on execution, development, and best practices Contribute to thought leadership and innovation by identifying emerging trends and opportunities in the commerce landscape

WHAT YOU’LL NEED / SKILLS:

4–6 years of experience in digital media or eCommerce, with a strong focus on performance and retail media Prior experience managing people or leading junior team members Background in Search, Programmatic, or Paid Social with direct eCommerce and retail media experience Experience working at a media agency or within a brand's eCommerce organization Strong understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, including retail and advertising products Hands‑on experience buying and managing media across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other retail media networks Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; comfort working with performance data, budgets, and forecasts Ability to quickly learn new tools and translate data into clear insights and recommendations Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously Curiosity, problem‑solving mindset, and passion for learning about new commerce and retail media opportunities
