Job Specifics: Location: 1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301 FTE Status: Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week) Work Schedule: Days. Monday - Friday. Advanced project management: Utilize project management concepts and tools to keep projects on track,on budget,and on time. Planning and execution: Develop comprehensive plans,break them down into actionable steps,and drive effective execution. Evaluation and optimization: Continuously assess projectperformance,identifyareas forimprovement,andimplement adjustments for optimized outcomes. Team leadership and mentorship: Guide and empower teammembers,fosteringa collaborative and high-performing environment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree: BusinessAdministration,HealthcareAdministration,Engineering,orrelated field. 4-7 years of experience: Leading highly complex, strategic projects with an enterprise scope. Project management mastery: Demonstrated knowledge and application of advanced concepts and tools(e.g.,Agile,Waterfall).PMP Certification beneficial Mentorship mindset: Passion for equipping team members with skills and knowledge to succeed. Relationship builder: Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels. Desired experience collaborating with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and/or other healthcare professionals with knowledge of medication safety, pharmacy compliance and accreditation standards.
