Be part of a collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented team where together we can achieve excellence and make a meaningful impact.Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a DifferenceSupport implementation and enforcement of site environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate standardsPartner with the site Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to maintain systems aligned with Occupational Safety and Health Administration General Industry regulations and International Organization for Standardization 14001 standardsLead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance environmental, health, and safety performance across the facilityConduct and support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action implementationProvide daily in-plant guidance to operations, maintenance, contractors, and technical teams to ensure safe work executionCoordinate field audits and safety observations, ensuring findings are tracked and resolved through corrective actionsDeliver and improve environmental, health, and safety training programs to strengthen employee awareness and capabilityMaintain accurate records and reporting systems for environmental, health, and safety metrics and regulatory complianceSupport emergency preparedness programs, including maintaining and updating emergency response plans and participating in response teamsWhat Makes You the Right FitAssociate degree or higher with five or more years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration General Industry standards and regulatory compliance requirementsExperience implementing and maintaining site-wide environmental, health, and safety programs and management systemsProven ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive a strong safety cultureStrong problem-solving skills, including experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis methodologiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
