Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Per Diem Job Summary: Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team. Our Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) will work closely with our Physical Therapy department to provide high-quality care to our residents, focusing on enhancing their physical function, mobility, and overall well-being. Responsibilities: Assist Physical Therapists in conducting physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretching, and mobilization techniques Implement treatment plans and provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists Monitor and record resident progress, reporting any changes or concerns to Physical Therapists and other healthcare team members Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments and resident progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents Participate in in-service training and continuing education to stay current with best practices and industry developments About the Role: As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
