Forklift Mechanic
D2B Groups is looking for a dedicated Forklift Mechanic to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of forklifts and material handling equipment. Your expertise will ensure that machinery operates safely and efficiently, which is vital for maintaining productivity in a busy work environment. You will conduct inspections, perform necessary repairs, and collaborate closely with our operations team to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose mechanical issues in forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Document all work performed and parts used on service tickets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the repair area and tools.
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry advancements.
