As a Physical Therapist , youll have countless opportunities to make a real difference helping patients regain independence and thrive in the comfort of their homes.

- Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs, and design personalized care plans
- Collaborate with families and other specialists to ensure optimal outcomes
- Lead and guide support staff to achieve patient goals
- Document evaluations, goals, and progress with precision
- Serve as a community resource promoting physical therapy
- Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
- Current, unrestricted PT license for Rhode Island
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
- Willingness to travel within the Providence/East Bay coverage area (50%)
- Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and auto insurance
- Ability to lift 50100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
