Jackson and Coker is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Georgia, starting ASAP and ongoing for at least one week per month. This role involves a mix of cardiac and general anesthesia cases within a care-team model, requiring both supervisory and independent practice. The position offers flexibility in daily shifts and call responsibilities. Practice Info 60% CV, 40% General cases Care-team model with 75% supervision and 25% own cases General Cases: Cardiac, General Surgery, Obstetrics, Urology, Vascular, Orthopedics, Gynecology, GI, ENT, Plastics, Neuro (backs/neck, no heads) Cardiac Case logs required, mainly CABGs Responsibilities Provide cardiac anesthesia Provide general anesthesia Work independently on cases Perform Blocks Compensation Weekly Direct Deposit Top Rated Malpractice Insurance In-House Travel Agency 24/7 Recruiter Availability Experienced In-House Privileging Coordinators Shift & Schedule Starting ASAP and ongoing, 1+ week per month 8s, 10s, or 12s available Call is 1 night per week required (more if interested) Call could be cardiac call or general call Requirements Board Certification required Ability to work independently Cardiac Case logs required
