Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is looking to hire a School Mental Health Clinician to join our staff and work in an amazing school! Have a deep understanding of child/adolescent development, trauma-informed practices, and mental health disorders.  Responsibilities:Direct Therapeutic Support: Providing individual and group counseling rooted in evidence-based frameworks such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.Crisis Management: Responding to and managing student crises by conducting risk assessments and following district protocols.Special Education Advocacy: Participating in the development of IEPs, providing progress reports, and adjusting clinical interventions to meet regulatory standards like IDEA and Section 504.Family & Community Partnership: Maintaining frequent, proactive communication with families to share strategies and connect them with vital community resources.ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?If you feel that would be right for this SLP position, please fill out our initial 3-minute, mobile-friendly application so that we can review your information.
