In partnership with the Store Manager, you will support the team in driving our mission statement throughout the store and be responsible for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. Responsibilities Coach and motivate a high‑performing team of fashion‑loving Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
