Residential Program Manager

Job DetailsJob Location: Columbus, OH 43215We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Program Manager to lead the daily operations of a residential behavioral health program serving women with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. This is an opportunity to combine clinical expertise, staff leadership, and program management while helping create a safe, supportive environment where women can build the skills and stability needed for recovery. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the residential program. Supervise, coach, and support program staff to promote effective teamwork and quality resident care. Provide direct clinical services to women with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Support the development and maintenance of a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused residential environment. Implement organizational policies, procedures, and administrative directives. Provide coverage for open shifts when necessary to ensure continuity of care. Serve as a 24-hour resource and consultant to staff regarding clinical and program-related concerns. Collaborate with internal and community partners to support residents' treatment and recovery goals. Promote awareness of the program and build positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders. QualificationsRequirements: Master’s degree and LSW/LPC required; LISW/LPCC preferred. Experience with SPMI and/or SUD population required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous management experience is strongly preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team. Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills. Knowledge of community resources and healthcare services.
