YMCA of the Rockies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to oversee the hiring lifecycle from candidate selection through onboarding. You will manage ATS/HRIS updates, ensure timely pre-employment screenings, and maintain accurate records for a wide range of roles across our Rocky Mountain properties.
