As a Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional care while you take care of your own well‑being. How You’ll Contribute Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the record. Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
