At Ferraro Foods, our Warehouse Clerks help keep warehouse and transportation operations on track by coordinating deliveries and pickups, processing paperwork, preparing reports, and making sure information gets where it needs to go.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Clerk who’s organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Process receiving and shipping paperwork, including worksheets, bills of lading, receiving reports, and labels
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups with vendors, carriers, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Transportation
• Process incoming containers and railcars, including preparing paperwork and coordinating unloading
• Review and report shortages, damages, missed pickups, and other delivery issues
• Prepare customer pickup paperwork and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure orders are ready
• Prepare and distribute daily reports and other operational documentation
• Process and route invoices to the appropriate departments for approval
• Perform data entry, file management, and system updates
• Support Transportation with pickup schedules, backhauls, and other daily needs
• Provide backup support for routing functions, including closing routes, special deliveries, door sheets, and daily reports
• Help keep warehouse and transportation operations organized and running smoothly

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working on a computer and learning new systems
• Ability to work effectively with warehouse, transportation, purchasing, vendors, and carriers
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to adapt when priorities change in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, transportation, logistics, or administrative experience preferred

• Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 PM until finish
• Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
