Talent Acquisition Coordinator

A well-established global law firm is looking to add a Talent Services Coordinator to its Boston Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a broad role and wants exposure to recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, HR systems, and firm-wide initiatives. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. What You’ll Do: Support recruiting efforts from job postings through candidate communication and applicant tracking Coordinate new hire onboarding, including background checks and employment documentation Assist with benefits administration across health, life, disability, and 401(k) programs Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including I-9 and E-Verify documentation Process employee changes and HR transactions within Workday Assist with time and attendance tracking Support the annual performance review process Help plan and coordinate employee and firm events Provide day-to-day administrative support to the broader HR team What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar HR support role Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred Experience with Workday or another HRIS is a plus PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is a plus Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential employee information Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment and managing multiple priorities Why Consider This Opportunity?
