Bindery Operator
Twin City Staffing is seeking a bindery operator to join a premier printing shop in the Saint Paul, MN area! This overnight position offers a great schedule, excellent benefits, and a $1.50/hr. shift differential to maximize your earnings. Whether you are an experienced operator with MBO binder/folder experience or a solid manufacturing professional looking to learn a specialized trade, we want to hear from you.
Location: Saint Paul, MN area
Wage: $22.00 $25.00/hr. (Includes $1.50/hr. shift differential)
Hours: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM | 3 days a week (Rotating shifts)
Shift Information
This position features a rotating 3-day work week designed to give employees more weekend flexibility. Shift schedules will alternate at the company's discretion between Sunday Tuesday and Wednesday Friday.

Duties of the Bindery Operator:
- Operate and maintain MBO folders, cutters, and stitchers
- Set up machinery and troubleshoot production issues
- Monitor print jobs for strict quality control
- Handle and load paper materials into machines
- Track production data using Avanti ERP software
- Collaborate with the team on workflow timelines
Requirements of the Bindery Operator:
- MBO folder and binder machine experience is a plus
- Solid manufacturing background (will train the right person)
- Ability to stand for the entire 12-hour shift and lift up to 100 lbs.
- Safety glasses, pants, and closed-toe shoes required
- Ability to pass a drug screen and national background check
