Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute dessert menus
• Create and bake a variety of artisan breads and pastries
• Ensure impeccable plate presentation for all desserts
• Work with seasonal ingredients to create innovative and delicious desserts
• Demonstrate excellent knife skills and proficiency in French cuisine techniques

Required Skills:

• Menu Planning: Ability to create and execute dessert menus
• Bread Baking: Proficiency in baking a variety of artisan breads
• Plate Presentation: Skill in presenting desserts in an appealing and artistic manner
• Seasonal Menus: Experience working with seasonal ingredients to create innovative desserts
• Knife Skills: Proficiency in using knives for precision and efficiency

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
