Global Compensation Analyst

Xplor is seeking a Global Senior Compensation Analyst to lead and improve our worldwide compensation programs. You will provide guidance to HR and Talent Acquisition, build market analyses, maintain salary structures, and help drive fair, data-informed pay decisions across the organization. This role partners with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, consistent compensation cycles, transparency, and compliance.
