Commercial Property Manager

Job Description We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to become a part of our team in managing five medium sized office buildings in the Dallas area! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions Communicate with tenants and service providers Learn the conditions of all existing and new leases Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Dispatch work orders, ensure that the engineers have completed them Billbacks, Prepare Annual Budgets Update and improve properties to increase return on investment Make sure all properties and their equipment is in safe and working condition Schedule and assist in annual inspections of the building equipment Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Supervise and train property staff Enforce property rules and regulations Qualifications: At least 3 years of previous experience in property management of office or commercial buildings or other related fields Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases Ability to build rapport with tenants Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills Teamwork Spanish is advantage Company Description Boutique property management company that manages exclusively our own portfolio of office buildings in the Dallas area. #J-18808-Ljbffr Grupo Haddad
