Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Coral Springs, FL. Qualifications Qualified candidates need to be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Florida. Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state where they will practice. Compensation Up to $106,100 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. What We Need Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. A true partnership. Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided). Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors. Self‑guided determination to complete your notes within 24 hours. Strong character matters – integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care.
