YWCA Tri-County Area is seeking a Housing & Financial Specialist to advance asset-building initiatives and coordinate the Lubert IDA program in partnership with United Way of Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey. The role reports to the Vice President of Social Services and focuses on guiding low-to-moderate-income residents toward homeownership, education, or stronger financial futures.
