Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: 40 per week

We are seeking a Case Manager to join our supportive team. This role is ideal for someone organized, motivated, and experienced in personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management: Handle a caseload of 60+ pre-litigation files from intake through settlement and disbursement.
• Client Communication: Guide clients through the legal process with empathy and clarity.
• Insurance Coordination: Draft and send Letters of Representation; communicate directly with insurance adjusters.
• Medical Scheduling: Assist clients with coordinating medical treatment and follow-up for proper documentation.
• Records & Lien Management: Request medical records, manage liens, and handle health insurance subrogation.
• Demand Packages: Draft compelling demand letters that highlight case value and client impact.
• Case Software Management: Maintain accurate data in cloud-based case management systems.
• Client Updates: Provide regular updates and maintain strong, trusting client relationships.
• Team Support: Assist intake and case management teams with calls and administrative tasks.
• Compliance: Ensure all firm protocols and deadlines are consistently met.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English (verbal and written);  Spanish is a plus 
• Previous experience as a Pre-Litigation Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Case Manager in Personal Injury
• Ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and case management systems
• Professionalism when interacting with clients, providers, and insurance carriers
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Mac computers
• Familiarity with cloud-based legal case management systems
