What You’ll Do Partner directly with government representatives and auditors regarding financial submissions and compliance matters. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to government contracting requirements. Gather, analyze, and validate financial data using SAP and advanced Excel tools. Prepare labor, overhead, and indirect rate calculations with comprehensive supporting documentation. Develop and submit government-required disclosure statements and accounting change impact analyses. Interpret and apply federal contracting regulations to ensure organizational compliance. Evaluate cost center structures and cost allocations to determine financial and operational impacts. Identify opportunities to strengthen processes, controls, and compliance practices. Job Requirements What You’ll Bring High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of Accounting and SAP experience. What Sets You Apart Excel reasonably high level. (Xlookups, Sumifs, Large/Complex Spreadsheets). Accounting knowledge - this is to help develop the rates/prices they use for government contracts.
