Compensation: $30-40 per hour commensurate with experience Fully on site position with opportunity for hybrid schedule after training period Organization with decades of stability, growth, and strong community impact Recognized nationally as one of America's top employers Exceptional onboarding, training, and career advancement opportunities Supportive leadership team that values employee feedback and continuous improvement Strong work-life balance culture highlighted by employees Free on-site parking and convenient access to public transportation Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and more Key Responsibilities Process accurate and timely payroll through Paycom Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions regarding pay, PTO, timekeeping, and payroll-related matters Support union payroll processes and respond to union-related inquiries Maintain employee payroll records, status changes, sick time tracking, and payroll updates Prepare payroll reports, garnishment payments, bonuses, and family leave payments while ensuring compliance and accuracy Qualifications 3+ years of payroll experience with knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices Experience using Paycom or a similar payroll system, along with intermediate Excel skills Team-oriented professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset Nonprofit industry experience a plus! #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
