Insurance Customer Care Specialist – State Farm Agent Team Member A Fast-Growing State Farm Agency is seeking an energetic professional to help our business grow by providing exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Connect with clients on a daily basis over the phone or in person about their insurance and financial services needs. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving and anticipate customer needs. Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals. Qualifications Self‑motivated, people‑oriented, and proactive in problem solving. Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills. Independent contractor experience or willingness to work as such. Property and Casualty license preferred. Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks. Ability to work in a team environment. Compensation & Benefits Salary $45,000 – $65,000 per year plus bonuses. Paid time off. Growth potential and opportunity for advancement within the office.
