Outbound-heavy in year one as we build the inbound funnel. Territory split: East and West coast DTC + mid-market retail. What you'll do Run a balanced inbound + outbound motion (60/40 outbound in year one) Co-own the AMER playbook with the VP Sales as we localise the EMEA model Quarterly customer travel (~10%).
