Brand Ambassador

Summary Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, driving sales and key performance metrics while upholding visual and operational standards. This part-time retail role supports fitting room service, styling, and customer engagement initiatives to build loyalty and meet business objectives. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling to shoppers. Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture. Engage customers through the store loyalty/program connection tools. Assist in fitting rooms, maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards. Support floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing tasks. Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute company guidelines. Participate in company trainings and share product or category feedback with management. Collaborate with team members to foster an inclusive and professional work environment. Requirements Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand, walk, maneuver on the sales floor, and lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to operate a register and perform sales transactions.
