Guiding families through important decisions, the full-time Remote Inbound Sales Representative will handle warm inbound leads, support the sales process with empathy, and manage follow-up communications across various platforms. Key responsibilities Handle warm inbound leads and assist families through the sales process with clarity and empathy Guide families through cremation options, ensuring thoughtful follow-up when needed Manage returning leads and follow-up conversations via phone, text, and email to enhance customer experience Required qualifications 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, ideally in B2C sales Strong sales instincts and phone presence, capable of guiding conversations and building trust Clear spoken and written English communication skills Self-driven, results-focused, and comfortable managing independent follow-up rhythms Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems
