About the role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial IT Program Manager to lead the implementation of a new Patient Services platform supporting a critical launch initiative in a new therapeutic area. This role will drive coordination across business, technology, vendor, and integration teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery across interconnected commercial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution for Patient Services platform implementation , from planning through launch
- Manage project governance including project plans, RAID logs, stage gates, status reporting, and escalation management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial IT, CRM, Master Data Management, analytics/reporting, and implementation partners
- Drive risk identification, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and resource planning across workstreams
- Partner with implementation teams to manage JIRA activities using agile and/or waterfall methodologies
- Deliver clear weekly program updates to stakeholders, business leadership, and project teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Program / Project Management experience within Life Sciences, Biopharma, or Pharmaceutical environments
- Proven experience leading commercial technology implementations involving multiple integrated enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge of Patient Services platforms, CRM systems, MDM, analytics/reporting ecosystems, or similar commercial technology solutions
- Experience managing enterprise implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Strong expertise in PMO governance, RAID management, status reporting, and executive communication
- Experience with JIRA, agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
- Estimated hourly range: $80–$85/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
