Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager PCBBusinessDevelopmentManager will develop relationships within target customers to penetrate the organization and open doors to new business opportunities for the assigned Printed Circuit Board Business unit in Southern California. The ideal candidate will deploy account strategies in conjunction with management to achieve goals and objectives set for the business. The BDM will be responsible for aggressively pursuing Printed Circuit Board businesses to ensure market share growth and position the Interconnect Technology Group for future business successes. This person will also be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets, communicating issues and problems to management to drive resolution, and regularly updating the IT system with required data such as customer information, new opportunity logs and call plans. The successful candidate must have an excellent understanding of Printed Circuit Board fabrication methods and the technical background to engage in capability discussions with Engineering, Quality, and Procurement organizations. In addition, this person must have a proven track record in generating profitable business growth in the Printed Circuit Board market, be able to work collaboratively with Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams within Sanmina, and develop, prepare and present high quality sales presentations.
