Advance your career with cutting-edge tools and professional growth opportunities.Job DescriptionProject Architect OverviewLead architectural projects as a Project Architect, focusing on innovative technical and pharmaceutical facilities.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural and engineering requirements seamlessly.Utilize advanced design tools, including Revit, to create accurate and detailed project documentation.Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand objectives and present compelling design concepts.Mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.Manage complex projects with extended timelines, ensuring adherence to budgets and quality standards.Stay informed on architectural trends and technologies to drive innovation and improve project outcomes.Contribute to organizational goals by delivering high-quality architectural solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.Project Architect Key Responsibilities & DutiesDevelop and oversee architectural designs for technical labs and pharmaceutical facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate architectural and technical requirements seamlessly.Lead client meetings to present design concepts and address feedback effectively.Supervise project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.Prepare detailed project documentation using Revit and other industry-standard software.Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.Provide training and support to team members on architectural practices and software tools.Monitor project performance, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.Project Architect Job RequirementsBachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural project management, preferably in technical or pharmaceutical facilities.Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation purposes.Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.Excellent communication and client-facing abilities for effective collaboration.Understanding of regulatory standards and guidelines relevant to architectural projects.Ability to manage complex projects with durations exceeding one year.Registered Architect (RA) certification highly preferred.
