Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Post-Acute Care - Greensboro, NC

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time Post-Acute Care opportunity in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role offers a 5-day/week schedule, strong clinical autonomy, comprehensive onboarding, and uncapped earning potential while caring for patients in skilled nursing facilities.

Practice Highlights / Qualifications

Full-time schedule (5 days per week)
Round in skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
Develop and manage individualized care plans
Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
North Carolina NP or PA license and DEA required
Experience in post-acute, acute care, emergency medicine, or clinic settings preferred but not required
