Coordinate receipt and process IT asset tag requests for purchase order receiving for multi‑state customers. Ensure assigned IT asset tags are affixed during the receiving process, prepare the IT asset for delivery, and maintain the ServiceNow IT Asset Management Module to ensure appropriate IT asset record creation during the receipt process. Maintain IT asset records in ServiceNow and maintain digital and physical IT asset management files for record retention. Maintain a database record of various types of IT asset transactions. Responsibilities Coordinate receipt and process IT asset tag requests for purchase order receiving for multi‑state customers. Ensure assigned IT asset tags are affixed during the receiving process. Prepare IT assets for delivery. Maintain the ServiceNow IT Asset Management Module and associated records. Maintain digital and physical IT asset management files for record retention. Maintain a database record of various types of IT asset transactions. Provide end‑user technical support. Sustain daily operational activities including device provisioning, bricking/unbricking processes, asset tracking, and support for ongoing integration and compliance initiatives. Use AI/Copilot tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot at least 90% weekly (AI User role). Mandatory Skills High school graduation or equivalent. 3+ years of IT warehouse asset management experience. Proficiency with ServiceNow. Strong customer service skills and effective communication. Capacity to work under limited supervision with moderate independent judgment. Nice‑to‑Have Skills Experience reviewing asset management operations for compliance.
