Help Desk Specialist I - 24/7 IT Support & VIP Escalations

Titan Technologies, based in San Antonio, is looking for a Help Desk Specialist I to provide technical support for the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Technology Service Desk. This role involves delivering first-level support to employees and external customers, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in IT help desk support, knowledge of Windows operating systems, and strong customer service skills.
