About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join their mission-driven platform. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, with a focus on owning the full people strategy across a complex, multi-site healthcare services platform. This hands-on, strategic operator role is pivotal in building and scaling HR infrastructure, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring regulatory and workforce compliance. The CHRO will also be responsible for professionalizing and scaling recruiting, onboarding, and training to support rapid headcount growth, as well as leading change management during periods of growth, acquisitions, and operational transformation. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with a preference for those who have previously held a CHRO or VP of HR role. Experience in leading large HR organizations in multi-site, high-growth environments, particularly in healthcare, services, or other regulated industries, is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling recruiting, training, and compliance functions, and must be comfortable in PE-backed or high-growth environments. Strong executive presence, change leadership, and an operational mindset are essential, as is the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The CHRO will also be expected to partner closely with the CEO and CFO, and to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board on people-related strategy and risk.
