Description – What You'll Be Responsible For

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical lab tests spanning chemistry, hematology, and immunology while adhering to established protocols.
• Analyze test results for precision, troubleshoot as necessary, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on lab equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new colleagues or students, and help to uphold the laboratory's quality standards.
• Ensure that your workspace is safe and clean while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent health-related degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment term.
