About Our Agency:

Our agency opened in 2018 and is home to a motivated, five-person team that thrives in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member beginning in 2005 and previously as a corporate flight attendant both roles that strengthened my attention to detail, professionalism, and service mindset. I'm married and have a black lab, Burt Reynolds, who keeps things fun outside of work. Our office is deeply involved in the community and supports a variety of charitable efforts throughout the year. Role Description:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Heather Woodson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
