Oversees Account Receivable (A/R) function including processing of customer invoices and credit memos for goods and services on a timely basis (monthly and year-end close).

Oversees accurate processing of accounts receivable ledger accounts.

Ensures that accounts receivable policies and procedures are followed; ensures external and internal controls and policies are adhered to.

Supervises A/R staff who monitor and resolve customer deductions in a timely manner.

Performs other duties as requested or required.

Strong planning and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, and/or financial
