Compounding Pharmacist | Full-Time | Irving, TX

Job Description

RPh on the Go has an immediate opening for a Home Infusion Pharmacist in Irving, Texas. This is a 13-week assignment with an ASAP start and consistent daytime hours. The ideal pharmacist will have hands-on sterile compounding experience and a strong understanding of infusion therapy and medication management.

Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

What You’ll Do

Verify sterile IV preparations and compounded medications
Evaluate and monitor patients receiving home infusion therapy
Review medication regimens, laboratory results, and patient outcomes
Provide medication and infusion education to patients and caregivers
Work closely with providers to coordinate safe and effective therapy
Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable USP and pharmacy standards

Requirements

Active Texas Pharmacist license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
Sterile IV compounding experience preferred
Home infusion, residency, APPE, MTM, or other relevant pharmacy experience considered
Knowledge of infusion therapy and pharmacokinetics
Ability to begin the assignment ASAP
