Home Infusion Pharmacist - Irving, TX

Job Description

RPh on the Go is hiring an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist for a 13-week opportunity in Texas. We are looking for a pharmacist who can start ASAP and has experience with sterile IV compounding, home infusion, or a closely related pharmacy setting.

Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

What You’ll Do

Prepare, verify, and dispense sterile medications in accordance with USP standards
Develop and monitor individualized medication therapy plans
Review laboratory values and apply pharmacokinetic principles
Educate patients and caregivers on medications and infusion administration
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
Support medication safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

Active, unrestricted Texas Pharmacist license
PharmD or graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
1+ year of sterile IV compounding experience strongly preferred
Home infusion or other relevant clinical pharmacy experience considered
Strong clinical, communication, and patient counseling skills
Must be available to start ASAP
